Jim burg from Killer B’s BBQ returns to talk about his big win in Cummins, GA at the big 2-day event.

Sam the Cooking Guy joins me to talk about last minute turkey defrosting and, more importantly, what to cook if you procrastinated too long and a turkey is no longer an option!

Helping me close the show is the owner of Memphis BBQ Supply and co-host of “The Rub” podcast, Jimmy Shotwell. Jimmy will talk about cooking at the WFC barbecue event and also state his case on my the BBQ Hall of Fame should be in Memphis, TN!!
