Switching gears and heading south, we welcome first time guest and pitmaster of Git-R-Smoked, Terry McKay. Terry on the Apopka, FL this past weekend so we will get the recap there and find out a bit more about Terry and how he got in to the competition scene.
In the second hour, Sam The Cooking Guy joins me to cover topics ranging from stainless steel cookware, TV cooking shows, sharing some great recipes and who knows what else.
In the last segment, Sam and I rewind a bit and take a look at how he got where he is today. Sam will give us some insight on what risks he took to achieve his success and give us some advice on what we should do if we want to follow a similar path.
