– In the 2nd hour tonight, we will hold a “Round Table” to discuss the cost of competition BBQ, the barriers to entry, the falling off of competitions and the increase in teams. Joining my on the panel are Tim Schopp from Tim’s Full Bellie Deli, Bill Minahan from Que and a Half Men and Brent Richardson from Slabs of Approval.

This will be an on-going Round Table over the next few months with various pitmasters so if you want in on a future show, please drop me a line!
