Hour 1:

Michael McDearman joins me to talk about what he does on the Sam’s Club Tour.  If you have been to a Sam’s contest, you have seen Michael doing the “Grill Master Tour” portion for the public.  Mike will talk about the gig and what he looks to do at each stop of the tour.  Michael also makes a brand of cookers called Featherbrook Smokers that he will tell us about as well. 

Hour 2:

The very top of the second hour reprises the competition BBQ Roundtable.  Always one of the most listened to and demanded for segments of the show, we tackle brisket with the top 3 brisket cooks in the KCBS.  Pitmasters from QUAU, Big T’Z Q Cru andLittle Pig Town join me to go over their brisket technique from start to finish.  You won’t want to miss this one!!

  3. Greg, that rocked my world, I competed at the American Royal 2 years ago and was lucky enough to be right next to Ryan and Sonya from Big Tz’s Q Crew. He helped me with the brisket, and he didnt leave much back in that interview (cept he was smoking on WSM’s back then). A great guy and that was an awesome interview, one of the best yet! Helps budding competition BBQ’rs based in the UK!!!
