The show starts a little early tonight…I will be helping Chad Ward close his show at 8:45pm EST. Chad will ask me about the show and how BBQ has changed in the last 4+ years of the show. When my show starts, I will turn the tables and ask Chad about his first year of hosting his show “Whiskey Bent BBQ In The Pit”.
Then Sam Zien will reload from last week. Sam hosts “The Sam Livecast” and has also authored a number of cooking books. We will go over recipes tips, fresh vs. dried spices and a VEG Garden. We will laos talk about his impending cooking competition that will take place on his show starting tomorrow night.
The Jack Daniels Draw happened this past Friday afternoon in Lynvhburg, TN. Helping me break down the field and give us his view of this event is Chris Hart from I-Que. Chris will be making his 11th trip in a row this year…he has won this event before and looks to grab another Jack win in 2012.
