Steven Raichlen, the BBQ Hall of Famer and prolific cookbook author, is set to join me in his usual 3rd Tuesday of the month segment.

Brett Gallaway from the Steak Cookoff Association will stop by and update us on the latest happenings in the world of steak competitions. We will also take a look ahead at some of the bigger events coming up.  

Joe Pearce, Pitmaster of Squeal Like a Pig BBQ team, joins me to recap his last few weeks…of WINNING!  The team has strung together no less than 2 GC’s in as many outings.  We will also get some history of the team and also talk a bit about his very successful restaurant in Kansas City, aptly names “SLAPS”…I have been…it is GREAT!!
